'Locating' GIS - Open Data Week Edition
Join Librarians Vanessa Viola and Carlo Minchillo and learn about locating, selecting, and interpreting Open Data.
Participants in the workshop will:
- Recognize local, state, national, global, and non-governmental data repositories.
- Recognize working parts of these repositories in order to access the data required.
- Select, filter, and visualize data sets using Social Explorer or ArcGIS.
